Mentory is a marketplace connecting UPSC aspirants with mentors who have themselves cleared or attempted the exam. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform respectfully and honestly.
Mentors apply and submit credentials (marksheets, rank details) for admin review before their profile goes live. Mentory verifies what's submitted to the best of its ability, but does not independently audit every claim beyond the documents provided. Aspirants are encouraged to review a mentor's profile and credentials before booking.
Session prices are set by individual mentors. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling initiated by a mentor will be communicated to the aspirant by email, and the slot will be freed up again.
Sessions should be conducted respectfully and in good faith. Do not use Mentory to solicit payments outside the platform, share false credentials, or misuse another user's contact information for purposes unrelated to a booked session.
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of Mentory after an update means you accept the revised terms.
